An Italian woman, Ambra Collina, just licked her way into the Guinness World Records with a tongue so big it could practically double as a dinner plate! Her tongue’s circumference is officially larger than a ping-pong ball, which—if you’re wondering—makes it a whopping 5.44 inches around.

Ambra, 37, decided to go for the record after seeing a picture of Dante Barnes, the previous male record holder. After three separate tongue measurements (done by a doctor, of course—because, you know, professionalism), her average measurement snagged her the title. She overtook Oregon’s Jenny DuVander, who briefly held the record earlier this year with a tongue size of 5.21 inches.

While Ambra now holds the female crown, the men’s title still belongs to Belgium’s Sacha Feiner, whose tongue circumference is a staggering 6.69 inches. You have to wonder, though—how big do you think their ice cream scoops are?
